The Inspiration
I love lotus blossoms and everything they represent. Fresh, renewing, and gorgeous. The spa theme reminded me of bamboo, water, green plants, and the clean look of a spa.
The Yarn
The theme is everything spa, perfect for quick gifts! I chose Lindy Chain yarn from knit picks, a beautiful fingerling weight – 70% Linen, 30% Pima Cotton.
It’s a beautiful choice for this Lotus Headband Crochet Pattern.
“Superbly lightweight and endlessly versatile, this chainette yarn is just the thing for warm weather. The linen adds a crisp stitch definition that shows off textures while adding a lovely drape and sheen that just gets softer with every wash. Available in 26 stunning shades that range from rich hues to soft pastels, Lindy Chain is sure to be your go-to yarn for breezy tops, light accessories and so much more.”
About Lindy Yarn by Crochet.com
It was amazing to work with, and I unexpectedly enjoyed using a fingering weight yarn. I look forward to creating a lightweight sweater with this yarn soon.
Although I am a DK and worsted weight kind of girl, it felt great to step out of my comfort zone and challenge myself. I think it turned out beautiful!

It does look like a lovely pattern. So I did head over to Crochet.com and put in my email address as you instructed. Did find the pattern, free if I got the whole kit for $8. I want to use the yarn I already have, so that didn’t work for me.
Congratulations. Looks like a lovely pattern. Looking forward to making it.
Thank you so much! If you have any questions, please let me know Judy. I’m here.
