I have yet to create something as fun as this, but a garland pattern is in my brain – somewhere! In the meantime…I’ve put together some of my favorite Free Crochet Holiday Garland Patterns or you can say….free holiday crochet bunting patterns for you. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do, and I’ve sifted through the hundreds of patterns to pick ones that are QUICK, cute, and cover the range of holidays from Christmas to Easter.
It definitely wasn’t easy finding all free patterns that are high quality, but I think I did it! I also found a few favorite designers in this bunch. Notable mentions go to Golden Lucy Crafts, Attic 24, & Twinkie Chan for sheer creativity, and craftiness! I them!
These crochet holiday themed garland by Knotted Nest are easy to make, and have a simple rustic feel to them. I love the star pattern, as I LOVE stars (of course). I think I'm going to create my own garland patterns in 2022. OMG, did I just say 2022! It's going to be 2022!!! I just can't...save me y'all!
Another cute star themed crochet Christmas garland, this one is so retro! I love the retro feel to this garland and I bet it would look amazing in different colors for each bulb. Creating roundups is so much fun, and so inspiring. These cuties are created by Home Made Heather.
More stars! I'm totally okay with that. I love them. Give me ALL the stars! These are so cute and I absolutely love this photograph. I have a feeling these crochet christmas garland stars work up fast and I love the colors too. Right up my ally!
You've probably seen these floating around the internet this time of year. This is a free PDF download, which is great! These Christmas Tree ornament lights are perfectly fun and easy to make - from Yarnspirations. They always put out good patterns and you know you can trust them to deliver.
While putting together this post I realized just how much I love Gold Lucy Crafts. She has perhaps the most creative and beautiful garland patterns out there. I've included quite a few of her patterns in this round-up for that reason! She has so many and they cover various holiday's, so they are perfect for this quick crochet holiday garland patterns post.
I love Whistle & Ivy's plaid series. Such a cute idea and this garland would be perfect for the cabin (if I had one!) But, at least this garland will make it FEEL like a cabin, and that's what is most important right? LOL
Okay, y'all...this. These are so adorable and the pattern is FREE in PDF form. So cute. I would should out the designer if it listed one, but it doesn't. Perfect last minute gift for family or friends who love to buck wild decorating for the holidays!
Twinkie Chan is my new favorite blog. I LOVE her patterns because they are so colorful and cheerful. They are also adorable and I hope you all show her some love. The conversation heart garland are so cute!
Easter isn't far away - believe it or not, just a few short months away...these little bunnies and carrots are a perfect accent for the table at any Easter celebration. The motifs would work beautifully for a blanket or towel too!
Graduation decorations can be so expensive! Crocheting your own graduation caps would be the perfect way to liven up a graduation party or even create a personalized gift with the number of the years for your child or friend who is graduating.
These stars remind me of something from the Netherlands or Nordic for some reason, but I can't quite put my finger on it. Either way, I love the color combinations on these and I bet they would look great in green and red for Christmas or pastels for a babies room!
I hope you enjoyed this round-up of free crochet holiday garland patterns! If you are looking for more free patterns by yours truly, check out these, and keep an eye out for more fun patterns. If you love fonts like I do, try Creative Market to spruce up your graphics!
