Adorable Winter Woodland Crochet Reindeer Pattern Crochet Baby Blanket
Skill Level: Easy
Yarn Weight: 3-weight (light worsted) or whatever yarn you choose!
You can use ANY weight yarn with graphgan C2C patterns. I chose to use a 3-weight yarn because I wanted to make it small for a new baby. But this graph & pattern can be created using 4-weight and a larger hook too, or even a 5 weight yarn & 6.5 mm hook to make it extra large and cozy.
All About the Yarn…
I went with Simply DK Paintbox Yarns by Love Crafts yarn for my Winter Winter Woodland Crochet Reindeer Pattern C2C Crochet pattern because it’s a 3 weight yarn and the colors are fabulous. super soft and comfy, perfect for a baby blanket and it’s lightweight and safe and free from chemicals.

What is C2C?
C2C means corner-to-corner crochet. You crochet tiny squares working diagonally, using double crochet, half double crochet, or even single crochet!
Some designers even use bobbles to work C2C patterns. C2C can be created using so many different stitches. Including sc (micro C2C).

Worked in basic 5/2 C2C & 3-weight yarn my swatch measures 7 squares by 7 squares = 4” x 4” (10 cm x 10 cm)

Just looking for a pix of the afghan. I know it is a bit different than the Woodland animals but I am not quite sure if it is just colors.

I am trying to find the pattern. I have clicked everything that looked like a link, it goes back to the beginning of this. How are people supposed to do a CAL when you can’t find the pattern???
I can’t find the pattern either.Where it says pattern there are only rows with given colours. It’s the first time I wanted to participate in a CAL. Guess it wasn’t meant to be.

That is the pattern. (Grey) x 6 means you make six grey stitches, then change to the next color and make the indicated number of stitches.
